Malabar Spinach: Red

This beautiful vining plant produces thick, ruffled, dark green leaves with reddish stems. Use this tropical plant as a spinach-substitute. Taste is reminiscent of swiss chard. Not a true spinach, but unlike spinach- it loves the heat!
