Gourd: Large Bottle/Birdhouse - NEW!

These fun hard shelled huge decorative gourds grow on long vines and have a narrow neck with a large seed cavity at the blossom end. Once dried, they can be used to make bird house, instruments, or bottles. The white flowers open at night and are moth pollinated. It is always fun to see the open flowers early in the morning before they close for the day. This plant requires extra time, effort and space to grow, so it is offered in the 1 plant per 4-inch pot size.
