Siberian Hardneck Garlic

Large, uniform bulbs store well for a hardneck type.  Easy to grow, robust flavor, especially when sauteed. It is also good raw- with good flavor and no after taste.  We enjoy it in salad dressings, sauteed with veggies and roasted on just about everything! 

Available in large and medium sizes this year!  The picture with a red background shows a large bulb- the cloves are huge!
