Eggplant: Listada di gandia

This heirloom from Europe dates back to the mid 19th century and is prized for its tender, sweet non-bitter flesh with thin skins.  The plants are on the smaller side and the 6-8" fruits are a combination of beautiful magenta-purple and white stripes.
