Artichoke: Imperial Star

This green artichoke variety does well in the north. Depending on the summer temperatures, plants could produce up to 6-8 artichokes per plant. If you happen to miss your harvesting window, the artichokes will bloom into large beautiful blue flowers. So many of our friends said this was their favorite new plant to grow in 2023.
